virgin superhub and netgear modem router dgnd3300

hi people
some help needed,
i have a superhub and spear dgnd3300 modem router, i would like to know if can connect the two to get a stronger wifi signal in other parts of the house. i will be using a cable to connect the two.
what setting do i need to make to router apart from change the ip address for net gear.

i did read that mate but got myself confused to be honest.
heres what i done.
connected netgear to superhub using cable and changed the ip address and un ticked the DHCP on netgear.
is that it?

Yes that's it. However you may want to do a little extra to get best performance and so you can "roam".

1. Ensure that the two Access Points are on different channels separated by at least two, preferably more, channels. e.g. AP1 on Channel 1, and AP2 on channel 6. (Also ensuring no clash with neighbours' channels.)

2. Set the same SSID and encryption key on both APs.
