| BeBox keeps turning off...
I've been with BE for many years. I have always been happy with their service.
However, since around Christmas, I appear to be having major issues.
Basically, I lose connection a LOT. This happens when I'm doing nothing, when I'm downloading, playing a game etc etc - point is, it seems random.
The Bebox clicks itself off and then on again. Then I have to wait for it to come back on.
Sometimes the BeBox will seemingly lose connection to my PC (wired connection). Which means I have to reboot the BeBox.
This started happening around Christmas for no apparent reason. After years of great service and connection, it has become a pain.
The Box is a SpeedTouch 780. I have tried completely starting again with the box, wiping to factory defaults, and I have also upgraded to the latest firmware, but the problems still persist.
Is my router 'failing' or has Be's service deteriorated? Any ideas what I should do?
