| Orange Home broadband price increase.
I have received notification of 25% price increase for my unlimited download package.
On telephoning to complain,I was advised that I was in a non Orange network area which warranted a higher charge.
On being informed of the fact that in both an Orange,and non Orange,network area,a BT landline is used,I queried how a non network area attracted a higher charge.
The answer was BT had levied a 25% increase in it's charge to Orange.
Does anyone know if this true,or just so much BS?
