Put it this way would you let someone who didn't have either training or experience anywhere near your TV so that he could gain the experience of having done a decent job so that you could then recommend his services?
Gordon has a extremely good record in this field and if he can't do a given job then he can recommend someone who can do a good job .... this at risk of his own hard won reputation so anyone that he recommends just
