Adding data roaming to iPhone payasyougo. Which one?

Hi

I've got the iPhone 3G on pay as you go but I now see that I would like the option to check email on the go but very rarely. So I thought the best thing would be to choose an o2 bolt on.
Now there are two web bolt ons: the O2 Web for £7.50

O2 Web - O2

and the O2 Web and Wi-Fi for the iPhone for £10

O2 Web and Wi-Fi - O2

So will they both work and allow me to check data while on the go? I don't want the free Wi-Fi hotspot stuff but for the £10 bolt on it says *Data usage whilst roaming not included. Does that mean abroad or just in the UK so not what I want?

yet to see if you do have 02 hotspots in your local area,
or on your normal journey route,

My pay as you go 3G came with 12 months free unlimited Web and WiFi included in the first £10 top up. I would have thought yours did too?

I stuck the sim in and got a text from O2 confirming it was activated the first time I used it....
