Hi All,

my volume rocker has fallen of my genuine unlocked iphone 3g, i got it from ebay a few months ago and the apple warranty checker says it is still in warranty but i dont have a clue which country it originally came from or any of the history.

Can i take it back to the store and if so would they take for repair or swap. also would i get an unlocked one back?

if it is covered by warranty then there will repair it for you,

just take it into the nearest apple store,
otherwise you will have to phone and book a collection....

you should do a back up on itunes before taking it in,
my power switch stopped working and after i got it back from repairs,
there had done a full wipe and restore,
even though the software wasnt a issue....

Will the still honor the warrenty even though it's not a uk iPhone?

No they wont, O2 and Apple will only repair a UK phone.
