I have a jailbroken 3g iphone with apps, photos form 'my pictures' and have a new pc coming today. My question is how do I go about swapping all the media and library etc?

Also how do I ensure the high quality 'full size' photos get moved onto my new pc rather than if they are scaled down on the iphone?

Im not too sure whther they are or not because I dont know how to do it.

One last question that probably shouldnt go here but someone will know - how can I transfer files from my old pc to my new pc?
