Without a doubt, yes.

Enables so much extra and is fully reversible in the unlikely event you change your mind.

I did only buy mine yesterday though, so will the latest software let me jailbreak or not?

What does it enable me to do that my iphone at the moment will not?

Cheers

Re: Do I? Don't I?

I would have a play around with the phone for a few weeks to get used to it and then jailbreak it.

Re: Do I? Don't I?

I've had mine a couple of weeks and I have now taken the plunge and did indeed jail break my phone. I have to say I am very happy with it, it hasn't affected any of it's functionality and has added an extra dimension to it with all the free apps and themes you can now get for it.

Go for it!

Quite a few Yes's but no real explanations what's made it worth it?

Re: Do I? Don't I?

Lots of free apps that bring functionality to the Iphone that some people feel should've been there in the first place for example much more powerful SMS and privacy functionality, ability to theme the phone it makes it extremely customizable and so on and so on.

Re: Do I? Don't I?

Is it fully reversible if I do choose to do it?

And which is the easiest way?

Re: Do I? Don't I?

Go to you tube and check out the tutorials on there.

They are very very easy to follow and TBH you cant really mess anything up.

Oh and after you jailbreak it thats when the Iphone becomes an amazing phone!

Go for it, you wont regret it.

As long as you have backed it up completely which you can do in itunes it is completely reversible.

Re: Do I? Don't I?

Yep, as said fully reversable. Just hit restore in iTunes whilst your iPhone is connected. Just backup your phone first. I've jailbroken mine and I think it's definately worth it. For a start I get sent loads of joke texts that I then forward to it mates. Jailbreaking the phone allows me to forward texts and delete individual texts rather than the whole conversation via bite SMS. SSH has allowed me to change my text alerts rather than stay with the naff apple ones. Vdeo camera has also been handy. SMS alert in case I don't hear the text come through first time is also handy

Re: Do I? Don't I?

I jailbroke mine on the weekend for one whole hour. Did it, decided there was no benefit for me to have done so and restored my phone back to normal.
