email set up help

New to iphone, so need some help

I use 1and1 for my emails.

There are 2 businesses I run, one set of emails are automatically pulled down from 1and1 using a client management system, the other set of emails sit at 1and1 until I pull them down via the same CMS.

How do I receive copies of the various emails on the iphone

Any help much appreciated.

Re: email set up help

spend some time on google, you'll probably find iCLink in the App store.

I don't use anything like this, but googled Goldmine CRM iPhone and thats what the monster spat out.

The above will allow me to sync all contact, diary etc, which is great.

What I now need is the ability to receive both of the email a/cs on my iphone, one would be the duplicate that went to Goldminie the other will be what is still sat at 1and1.

Re: email set up help

TBH, i guess you pay either 1 and 1 or Goldmine a bit of cash for this service. I'd contact them for the solution (make them earn their ££)

Can you not just set up and auto forward on one email to the other...... then set up a rule to put all the forwarded email into a seperate folder.

As long as you set the main email up with imap you will see all the folders etc.

Re: email set up help

Thanks for the various pieces of advice

Now have set up 3 accounts on the iphone using imap.

Thought about the forwarding route, but that would have added complications as I run two businesses and wanted to keep things seperate on my systems in the office.
