My mate has one and says very easy to use. Always syncs up and very good call quality. If buying from ebay be careful. His dad ordered one, and even though it said official it wasn't so double check feedback.

It has got really good build quality and as long as it fits your ear ok it is very comfy.

Volume is controlled via the iPhone and there is a button on the headset to pickup/drop off calls.

You can get ones for cheaper, but i went for this one as it looks the part and as i said good build quality/not plastic fantastic.

i read somewhere that said it doesnt get a good connection when say the iphone is in ure pocket or somewhere like that,
