My 2G Iphone is starting to say Low internal memory

apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere, but i did do a search.
As the title says really when i use snapture it takes the pictures but then says low internal memory may cause app not to work properly, thought nowt of it now categories keeps crashing and then says could be due to low internal memory.
What can i do? i still have 4 gig left on phone obviously its something different o yes it's jailbroke also.
cheers boys and girls

Re: My 2G Iphone is starting to say Low internal memory

its to do with memory management (think RAM not storage memory)

you need a memory manager - look for MemManager and Free Memory on the app store.

A couple of general points:

1. make sure that winterboard is not loading loads of crap each time you use the phone. As I've mention before winterboard uses a hierarchy system so what is at the top takes precedence over what is at the bottom. I once had so much stuff installed that it i forgot i was trying to load 3 keyboards

2. make sure you reboot the phone everyday (or more if you have loads of stuff installed.)

most operating systems are rubbish at memory management and sometimes they need kick.

hope that helps

i'm not real - i live in a virtual world, i'm just a collection of system processes and porn algorithms - think of me like Neo in the Matrix - except i'm better looking and worth less money
