yes, pretty much. regardless of whether you buy through o2, cpw or apple.

it's not like other mobile phone contracts where different places can do different deals.

why would they do a deal on the most popular handset on the planet? in short no, they dont need too.

I bought mine online direct from o2 via the 'topchasback' website and got £35 cash back. I believe you can get £45 if you do it through it through the CPW website
