1g iphone

I WANT an iphone but due to usage, loyalty and free broadband, orange is £30 odd cheaper pcm so I am sticking with that.

I am thinking about selling my upgrade phone and getting a SH 1g iphone, my only concern is the browsing speed (I used forums alot and this seems to work well on my SE with opera).

I appreciate I am probably going to have to but an iphone to see how it works for me, but can anyone comment on whether the slower connection is going to do my head in?
