The 'Apps dropping out to the Springboard' thread

Well, im started to get just a little ticked off with this problem now. Its strange, when I first jailbreak/restore its fine for a while, then just seems to get worse. I know a friend who suffers the same problem who isnt jailbroken. Significance of this is ive read a couple of times that Winterboard could be the problem.

I was thinking it would be a good idea to start getting a list together of apps which are affected and also whether or not people are jailbroken. I couldnt see a thread on this topic so please merge if one exists!

Ill get started then.

Im jailbroken and Apps ive had affected:

Safari (Constantly)
Cydia
Facebook
iPod (once)

And I already have another addition!

Google Mobile App

Just installed the latest updated version and it crashed back to the Springboard while doing the first voice search.

Hell Safari and Facebook seem to constantly crash on a non JB iPhone.
Facebook is responsible for a lot of problems on Blackberries I wonder if its doing the same to iPhones!

Re: The 'Apps dropping out to the Springboard' thread

I always found that when an app does that to me uninstalling ANY app and reinstaling it (usually Facebook every time as its easy to find in App Store) solves the problem.

It doesnt matter what app fires me out, uininstalling facebook and reinstalling it makes that app work again.

Have done that 3 times now every time a success.
