as per title. Every time i put some music on or off the phone it backs up and its really getting on my nerves. I've just put some tunes on it for later tonight, or at least i want to.

The problem is that it decides to back up, i haven't asked it too, it just decides to do it. So far the backup has taken 45 minutes to get 25% of the way through a backup. All i want to do is copy 10 tracks to it nothing more, but it decides it needs to back up.

why cant i decide when to backup? why does it decide? So can i turn it to manual or doers the great nanny state that is Apple not allow me too?

I'm running 2.1 which is meant to be faster.

You can manually cancel it just hit the x when it begins and itunes will carry on syncing songs etc.But you could give this program a whirl not tried myself yet.
