Had my iPhone replaced at the Apple store yesterday. New one has automatically named itself (using my full name). How do I go about changing this? I've spent a while looking on the net and only found out how to change the name of my iMac. No luck finding information on how to do this on the iPhone.

Problem self-solved. If anyone else needs to do this, simply click on the iPhone's name as it appears on the right hand panel (under Devices). You can then change it to whatever you like.
