I have an 3G iPhone ver 2.1, It was locked to O2 but I have bought the latest Turbo sim which has unlocked it (well sort of, it shows Virgin in the top left) everythings working except I cannot call out, text or receive calls??
Also I have tried to load the sim contacts into phone and nothing happens. I have even tried to phone it and all I get is "IM SORRY CANNOT CONNECT YOU TO THIS NUMBER" which is confusing me even further because even when my sim is out of a phone it goes directly to my voicemail, Its as if the sim freezes up when it in the iPhone?

Any help or advise would be great.

Sounds like a dodgy sim adaptor to me.
