Safari cannot connect to internet

Having problems with my 3g iphone. I am using my own sim contract on a pay and go phone but now am having problems connecting to the internet.

When I try load up safari to surf the web it comes with an error

"Safari cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet"

This does not happen for everything though... I can get onto some webpages but not others and also mail seems to be down.

I am getting a 3G signal (have the 3G icon on) any ideas?

EDIT: Seems I am not getting access to watch youtube (though can bring up recent movies list)
Ebay does not load
Facebook also does not load properly....

I can get onto 1 website which strangely is... www.biblegateway.com but nothing else....

I wonder if 02 are throttling my data connection...
