hi there.

i'm putting some home vids on to my iphone. they're going from dvd through streamclip to convert them to mp4, then into itunes, then iphone.

they look fine but they're far too quiet. is there any way i can boost the volume at any point?

there is a volume in streamclip, but is there one in itunes or iphone?

it's hard to set it so early in procedure, unless there's some way of telling how much it needs boosting by?

there's an auto volume, but this might be an auto gain control, which i don't like.

any ideas on getting dvds of differing volumes to sound there best on iphone without trial and error?

In iTunes

Right click on the movie, Get Info, Options tab.

You'll find a volume adjust there.
