Deleting all data on Iphone

Looking at joinging O2 soon, and currently have a jailbroken unlocked 2g phone, is there an app or an step by step guide to erasing all personal data off the phone before it gets sold on....

Hi J.

Just do a restore on Itunes, once you have done this it will ask if you would like to restore froma previous backup......Just click no and the phone will be blank

You can do it through the latest Firmware

Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings

Worried now because I exchanged my phone at Apple on Tuesda and am now wondering what is on it
