PAYG Users check your Web bolt on

Just a heads up for any Iphone PAYG owners. I noticed over the weekend that I was being charged for data useage over 3g, Edge, GPS (previously I had been surfing via WiFi) . I gave O2 a call and they told me my Unlimited Web bolt on had never been applied - they refunded me £11.50 in data charges and applied the bolt on immediately(I got a confirmation text too).

So just double check your bolt ons!

They did that with my unlimited text bolt on when my new contract started. Plebs.

thats correct, however you do need to change the network settings on your phone from pay monthly to payg, it tells you how to do this on the envelope that had your sim card in it.
