Don't think you can from CPW to be honest mate, as your right the 14 day return is not part of the CPW contract.

Re: cancleing iPhone contract at carphonewarehouse

You allowed to cancel any contract within 7-14 days under UK law..... im sure of it.

My internet is not bad at all.... I would recomend you take your phone back and say its not working properly.

Same here! I love using the phone to go online. I've tried doing it on a Nokia N95 and that experience is awful!

Re: cancleing iPhone contract at carphonewarehouse

Hi

I had an issue with my first iPhone 3G that I bought from O2. I went to Apple in Regent Street, London and they looked at the problem and exchanged it for a new phone there and then no questions. If there is a fault with your phone I would go and see Apple if you can rather than CPW.

(Of course if you want to cancel your contract you will need to go to CPW)

Rich

Do you know that the I-Phone 3G has Wifi????

Basicly, you've mugged yourself by getting just an I-Pod with Internet acess INSTEAD of keeping the I-Phone 3G.

Poor you!

it is very fast isnt it, even on gprs its quicker. i really liked the iphone but for what i wanted it for and where i used it i dont think it was worth the extra contract as the performance wasnt what i expected.
