Once I bought 6 tunes on iTunes direct on my iPhone... But when I went to sync with my PC I lost the songs completly, neither on my iPhone nor my PC. What am I doing wrong?

Are they not in the "music" tab when viewing your phone on itunes?

Maybe there unticked in the music tab, just tick them all then re-sync.

Your not doing anything wrong mate, its a problem that Apple admit exist, well in the email they sent me admit it.

What you need to do is go into iTunes and go to your account and check purchase history, then report a problem and select other problem and tell them you downloaded over wifi and youve lost them when youve connected to iTunes, they will let you redownload them all for free onto your PC

You'll get a reply from a apple CSR saying its done, you can reply to these emails. Ask them what youve done wrong and how you can avoid it in the future

will take about 48hrs for it to get sorted and they'll start downloading automatically, or if you click check for purchases

This is a strange one. i've downloaded a whole album as well as several individual songs on directly on my iPhone and they synced and appeared on my laptop's iTunes with no problems. It must be a random thing.

I had the same issue on my iPhone. I sent apple support a message and they put on my account to download again. They gave me a link to explain how to do it next time I downloaded on my phone, I will see if I can find the email and will post the link
