3g voicemail

hi, i cant seem to set up my voicemail at all. am on o2 iphone contract. the only options i see when i go to voicemail are the greetings screen. how do i set it to divert after x amount of rings? i cant even see the options for that. any help

i have the same problem with my payg iphone, i press on voice mail and all it says is you have no messages and charges me 15p everytime i press it

.

There is no option to set up my personal greeting or anything else.

Then don't press it untill you see a notification you have voicemail?

i wont in future, however i was trying to set up my voicemail and didnt know it would charge me for that.

Do you not do it using the settings icon on the main springboard? Sorry if that's not right, I don't have one....... yet

nah it int there. so its 15p everytime you go onto that? even on contract. theyve made things more complicated than they need to be on this phone.

dont know if you are charged on contract, i am on payg and i get charged 15p everytime i press the voicemail button.

There is no charge for voicemail if you're on an official iPhone contract.
