iPhone 3G WiFi and router compatibility.

Anyone noticed problems with data transfer through certain routers?

My iPhone often seems to suffer 'stuttering' with my Netgear WGT634U router. ie. Data will come through in bursts, then a wait, then more data. It makes the WiFi pretty much unusable though it doesn't always happen.

OTOH it works fine with the standard BT router at my parents place, which is surprising as that router is pretty rubbish for wireless.

Overall, data transfer speeds over WiFi seem pretty slow when benchmarked: 200-300kbps isn't unusual when I speed test it on testmyiphone.com - that's not much faster than EDGE. Seems to work pretty well for browsing anyway though.
