Just bought a 3g iphone brand new from a guy at work.I have an 02 contract sim can i just pop it in the phone and go on to itunes to set it up or do i need to jailbreak it first ?

I might well be wrong here, but I think you might have to sign up to an iphone contract to take advantage of the free data. I would check this before you go using the data features too much!
