Upgrading to iPhone 3G

Hi guys and gals

I want an iPhone 3G but still have 11 months of an 18 month contract to serve.

Question is - has anyone or do you know of anyone that is still in contract with o2 and has successfully managed to get out of that contract to enter into a new 18 month contract?

I wont be buying out of my existing contract so if it can't be done, I will just have to wait.

I hope that makes sense.

Dave

I'm assuming you are not currently a iPhone owner with a o2 iPhone contract?

Thats right. Its just a normal o2 contract, not an iPhone contract

Re: Upgrading to iPhone 3G

Last I heard you could not cancel early without buying out your contract.

Thanks for your rapid reply Sneeks.

Looks like I will have a long wait on my hands. Hopefully they will have a new iPhone out by then.
