iTunes problems

I am awaiting my iPhone coming later on in the week and I have installed the new version of iTunes but it won't let me get into the iTunes store now, just worried this will stop my iPhone working when I get it,

Chris

Re: iTunes problems

Can anyone tell me if O2's iPhone tariffs are Unlimited Data and Wifi or is there a FUP?

I believe officially there is a fair usage policy just like with other contracts. However in practice unofficially it's not enforced. Infact just before the iPhone was launched here back in November of last year due to loads of complaints O2 officially stated that on the iPhone contracts the data usage is truly unlimited.

Re: iTunes problems

Hi, I updated to the latest firmware and had the same problem. Switching the phone off and on again should sort the problem out.

Re: iTunes problems

Seems that my iTunes problems are related to Norton Internet Security blocking it, lol
