£150 sounds (too?) reasonable.

Only time will tell I guess.

Re: iPhone "Nano" for PAYG customers by Xmas 2008?

I think if they are gonna do this and release it for xmas then I think the specs might be along the lines of the original iphone and with thinking about the size of the screen, maybe the exclusion of the youtube feature and maybe only a storage capacity of 2GB.

TBH, I think that a new iPod Nano will be released before the iPhone nano is. So maybe iPod Nano for xmas '08 and then the iPhone Nano in February '09.

Maybe it'll be cut down like Blackberrys? Release a smaller form-factor model to be more mass-market? People that want the full expereience will get the big version, those that want the brandname and a few of the most important features, but are more into posing, will buy the small one.

Personally i'd like an "iPhone Bloated", although the rumours of an Macbook Touch would might be ok if proved true.

I must admit that I would be quite tempted by an iPhone Nano, as long as it was 3G.
