Is it possible to get monthly view on the iphone ,rather than daily?

Yes just open calendar and you will see a header list of " today, list ,day , month" just tap month and you will see the month displayed

I don't have that option. At the very top of the page it says Google Calendar Beta , then underneath I have the daily view. Underneath that is the login and settings links. Nowhere can I find any way to change the view!

Sorry, should have read your post properly, thought you were referring to the iphone calendar not google calendar

I take it you're looking at the calendar on your iphone on safari. It forces you to a mobile view which is far too basic.

I've noticed a number of sites that do this without the option to view the normal site (E.g. Yell)

I have my google calendar syncing into my iphone calendar using www.nuevasync.com (acts like exchange but for google calendar and contacts)

I think they do push but I've got mine set to fetch hourly.

It works very well.

I signed up for Nuevasync a few days ago and my Google Calendar synched but since Nuevasync had a problem with their servers I am unable to sync.

I have tried removing the account from my iPhone and adding it again but no luck, has anyone had this problem?

Mine isn't working either. Looks like they've had some problems over the last couple of days.

Their hompage currently says

"Update : 13:16 MDT 14:16 CDT 19:16 UTC
Service is now running normally. However there are some tweaks we are still making to the configuration so the servers may be taken down for short periods today. We have a large backlog of support mail to work through and so please be patient if we don't reply immediately."

I've tried switching calendars off in the exchange settings on my phone (which deleted all existing entries) and switched them back on. When I've gone back in it looked like it was syncing but nothing has come in. I'll check again tomorrow.

Hopefully problems like this won't happen often as this is a great solution for me.

I tried switching the calendar off and on again it got rid of my entries but so far has not synced back again. Your right their problem still having problems I bet they cannot cope with the demand.

Tried again at 10:30 - everything is synced back in now.

Your probably right about demand - their homepage said that new user signup had been switched back on. They're basically offering exchange / mobileme functionality for free (using google) so they are bound to be inundated at the moment.

Lets hope they can cope and still be free. No doubt they'll get bought and incorporated by google at some point.

Yeh everything seems to be back to normal now, I was thinking that earlier on that it will probably go to a subscription service after initial testing with this beta site.

Lets hope Google buys them out and keeps everything free .
