Personal trainer program for iPhone?

Does anyone know if there is a personal trainer app for the iPhone?

What I need is something that will let me program a set of exercises ahead of time and then it will step me through it in the gym and let me enter weights and reps. It will also prompt me with the weights and reps I did in the last session so I know what I'm aiming for this time.

Thanks for any help.

I'm pretty sure I've read one has been announced from Nike to link in that Nike+ stuff, but you don't need the sensors etc, it'll just run on the iPhone / iPod touch and keep track of your stats (of course you have to input them manually).

Re: Personal trainer program for iPhone?

That webapp might be ok, thanks Bibs.

Paul_T I can't find anything online about the Nike+ app. Do you have any more info? I'd be very interested if they have anything because I already have the Nike+ running gadget.

I found one other option on the app store, called GoLearn Fitness: Plus. Looks like it might fit the bill. Has anyone tried it yet?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Personal trainer program for iPhone?

i read on someones blog the other day that the Blackberrys can use this software that utilises the GPS with your fitness, meaning if you ride/walk/jog whatever, then it tells you your speed, distance covered, etc

I fancy one for the iPhone. Anyone heard anything?
