Will there be any problems if I buy an iPhone from the USA?
Will there be any problems if I buy one of these bad boys in America?

I know it gets it's power from the usb so there should be no problems with the us/uk plugs.

Anything else I should know about?

At the moment your biggest problem will be finding one, Apple have sold out until the new one arrives.
