Does anyone know when the Belkin Tunebase is coming out in the UK? Its a bit of a pain having to use my old ipod video and older Belkin Tunebase just so I can listen to some music in the car.

There was an article on Belkins site in January and still no sign of it.

I use my 'older' Tunebase with my iPhone without a problem. Yes I get the 'this accessory is not designed to be used with iPhone' pop-up but it works fine.

I have the old tunebase but find the iphone is quite thin so it wobbles back and forth in the cradle and cannot be good for the connector. Do you have this problem?

Not particularly, granted it's not as secure as a unit that's specifically designed for iPhone and there is some 'give' but it's always worked fine and hasn't fallen out. I had to try a few different adapters out of the box but the one I'm using does the trick.

What about tuning the fequency in? I read somewhere that the iphone will not be able to display the frequency when using the old tunebase?

That's a good point actually, now you mention it the iPhone doesn't display the frequency, it's set to 107.9 and just picks it up.

Darn. Cant find my Tunebase adapters anywhere. Maybe I binned em.

Oh well back to square one with using my ipod instead.
