Repair Needed: iPhone cannot make or receive calls ???

This message has suddenly started appearing at various times on my iPhone, but when I click on the message the phone still works OK.

I can make calls etc....as norm. The phone was unlocked, jailbroken etc....2 months ago.

Any ideas what this relates to, or how I can get rid of the warning?
Anyone else had this problem?

So I lose all my apps and have to re-install everything???

Funnily enough it hasn't appeared for the last 12 hours !!!

See how you go with it but yes if you restore you have to reinstall all your apps im afraid.

I had this a few weeks back. I believe the only thing I did was a reboot at the time.

That's not to say that it won't ever happen again...I'm not sure if this is a permanent fix, but it hasn't happened since.

Oh, my phone is not unlocked, just jailbroken, if that makes a difference.
