Been looking on ebay to buy a 16gb iPhone, but not sure if that's the best place to get one. For those who have bought an american model, can you let me know what you done - was it whilst on hols (and was it from an official apple store) or did you use amazon.com or other online retailers - any help would be appreciated!

Might wait as trying to plan trip to florida for halloween.

Go to the O2 online shop. They still have the 16 gig in stock at £329 with free delivery

Was only thinking of getting an american one because of price rather than anything else to be honest, but if it's more stable to get a UK one (as I already have an O2 sim) then that would be cool as well - never really had to "pay" for a phone before so want to make sure I really want one - i.e. make me wait before buying it... hehehe

By the time Halloween comes around, the current iPhone will have been replaced with a newer model (even if the rumoured delays are true).
