MMS Fail

When someone sends me an MMS, i get a "go to this site with this password" etc etc from orange; and when I try to send one it just fails.

And same basic info on a thread on here but wouldn't let me post as it was old...

Basically can't find that part of the settings. I guess it's been moved around in 3.1, but there's no "Cellular Data Network" in "Network" anymore...

Anyone know how do change the settings now?
