Re-ordering Of Music Tracks

Hello everyone. I was just wondering if it's possible to re-order the track listings of an album without creating a playlist.
I had an M3U file in the folder that my songs were in and the order was not correct.
I deleted this M3U, removed the music folder from iTunes, re-sync'ed iPhone, then added the folder back into iTunes, re-sync'ed iPhone but it still does not put the tracks in the correct order.
The track names start with 1,2,3 etc. It's very annoying since this specific album does not flow properly when listening to it.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

select a track in itunes, click right mouse button, Get Info and you can order your tracks in there by giving each track the right number.

Thanks mate. I'll give that a go when I've got my laptop back on Monday.
