iPhone bandwidth

Hi there does anyone know how I can see how much bandwidth my iPhone uses when I stream iPhone catchup or skymobile etc

what tariff are you on? If you're on the standard iphone contract, then apparently it's unlimited, with no 'fair usage policy' as far as I know. Although if you go crazy downloading things they might tell you to stop, although with that said I probably downloaded about 5gb (rough guess) over 3g last month and nothing happened to me..

When you say bandwidth, do you literally mean bandwidth - as in how much data per second is flowing that that moment - or do you mean how much data has been used in any given session?

If the former, I'm not aware of any Apps for this, other than possibly the Jailbreak App SBSettings which I think might have a plugin that shows the volume of current data.

If the latter, reset your 'Cellular Data' count in the iPhone settings and check it after using the streaming App you're interested in and you'll see how much data was used. This doesn't work for WiFi though.
