Orange 'Your account'

Orange 'Your account'

This will obviously only apply to those who have an iphone with Orange.

Does anyone else have any issues using the 'Your Account' app? when i click on it 'your account' --> 'view account' i am only getting a "Sorry there was a problem retrieving your account details. Please try again."
When i do try again the same thing happens. anyone have any suggestions?

If its any help, the o2 app was the same when it 1st appeared. Give it a few days and check for updates

The Orange back end systems are not known for their stability. I used to look after systems at Orange which interfaced directly with them and the number of call outs and faults assigned to us that we could do nothing with was thoroughly depressing. I did my best, but it was head against brick wall time.

My account was supposed to change over to my new iPhone 30 plan today.

The app is now broken for me. Also my online "your account" now says I have 5 mins remaining on my plan when it was 60 odd yesterday.

Hopefully it will sort it self out.

It works fine for me guys and has done since i installed it

Might be worth noting that you cant access your account over wifi. You must do it through Orange access.

Give it a bit of time, i had the same thing said i only had 20mins of talk time left. Now its updated i have more like 520mins left

I had the same thing for a few days at the end of last week/beginning of this.

Turning the phone off and on again fixed it for me.

mine STILL doesnt work just been on the phone to orange CS who said they will need to speak with Apple and come back to me. I found it quite strange the girl told me "Orange dont support any of the apps" even though the Your Account is an Orange App!!

I am starting to think that the fact i have another non iphone on the orange account could be the reason it is causing problems?? if/when the girl calls back i will ask her that question too.
