What boot rom are they coming with?

My 3Gs’s 3G is playing up, countless restores but nothing. It’s always very slow to initiate the connection. Compared it to my girlfriends 3G and two of my friends 3GS’s.

Makes receiving push email take up to 2 minutes and push notifications just take forever. Even loading the app store takes 1 minute or so. It’s not my sim as I’ve swapped them and tried it with another and still have same issues.
