I lost my iPhone at the Kasabian gig at the SECC in Glasgow last night.

I phoned O2 right away who said that they have placed an IMEI ban on the device. I also have a 4 digit PIN number on it, so it's fairly secure against unauthorised use.

But I was wondering, if someone did manage to get past my 4 digit PIN - would the phone still work in an 'offline mode', or would the IMEI ban make it 100% useless?

I obviously had stuff in there that was personal, so I'm a wee bit worried!

Oh well. I hope it got stamped on and busted in the chaos of LSF then!

Some gig eh! Was at the enemy the night before which was excellent too.


Thankfully didnt lose my phone on either occasion.
