Discounts on o2 sim only are there any

Does anyone know of any discounts coming up on the o2 sim only tariff - I think there was one for the 19.58 tariff.

I think there is one on the £29 but that one is too much for me...

I need to purchase an Iphone before the end of November and I am undecided if to purchase from Apple or O2... - O2 seem to be out of stock all the time so will probably go with Apple and get a sim only payg until the offer comes back on simplicity again...
