Any advantages to registering my iPhone in iTunes

I always click Register Later but never do. Can't seem to make my mind up.

Hi,

If you register your iPhone, and it gets nicked or lost, you can then get it locked and blocked! Other than that, by registering it, at least it'll stop pestering you to register.

I'm on PAYG so that wouldn't make any difference to me right? I have the phone insured BTW

Well if its nicked they can still block your phone so that no one can use it.
