iTunes crashing/hanging when iphone plugged in

iTunes crashing/hanging when iphone plugged in
Anybody having this problem ?
When i plug my iphone 3gs (jb'ed 3.1.2) into my PC it seems to crash/hang. Unplugging the phone then makes itunes work.
Only just got this problem in the last 3 hours as tiunes and iphone where working in harmony this morning when i synced some songs.

If you have downloaded any podcasts onto your phone, delete them, then try again.

i have no podcasts.
I did download a fix for iphonebrowser off cydia.
