hey guys,
just a quick question. i'm using a jailbroken iPhone 3GS but the battery does seem to drop alot quicker than my old iPhone 2G.

i keep the screen brightness right down, bluetooth off, push notifications off, etc but it still seems to be dropping quicker than i'd expect.

just wanted to ask how much difference does switching 3G off make to the battery life?

80% of the time i use my phone i'm on wifi anyway but if i'm out and about i'll normally use sbsettings to just click 3G on todo wotever i wanna do then turn it off again.

would i be better off just leaving 3G on all the time?
is there anything else i can do to keep my battery going longer without turning the iPhone off?
