Battery Life

Right before anyone says, yes I know the battery life isn't great on iPhones as I work with mobile phones for a living.

However sometimes I am having to charge my iPhone twice a day. Even when it is lasting, it doesn't last 24 hours. This is with minimal/normal usage.

Will O2 do anything in regards to replacing/exchanging it at all?
