Anyway to download podcasts straight to iphone (but not via wifi)?

So i know you can download podcasts on the iphone via wifi, but is there anyway to do it on 3g? I think apple allow it, but only up to 10 meg or something v small.
Anyway round this?

Jailbreak and 3gunrestrictor which is a 2 dollar paid app from cydia.

RSSPlayer from the app store.

It can be a bit buggy, but its perfectly functional.

cant be bothered with jailbreaking, tried this - software is a bit rubbish but kinda does the job - ta
