Hi all
i have been having a problem with the sound silent mode on and off for a while so i took my iphone to a local 02 shop and they pretty much said go away because warranty had ran out, so i turned to fixing it myself, i ordered the parts off the net and went along and fixed the button problem, upon putting my phone back together i was having trouble putting the top speaker cable back in (the ribbon cable) i think i got it in right but when turning my phone on no sound was coming out of the speaker, i am 100% sure this is the problem.
What my question is, can you recommend a place for me to send my phone for repair as neither apple or 02 will fix it.

how long have you had your phone ?

technically o2 are responsible for it under the duration of your contract. Also any electrical item by law should be deemed to last 3-5 years under the sale of goods act.
