I recently jailbroke my ipod and it is running on 3.0.

I am having problems syncing my music and video's.

I put my whole itunes library onto my phone the other day, but now i want to remove some videos to make room for apps, so i uncheck the ones i do not want the iphone to sync after they are on the phone already. however it does not remove them from the iphone, i then went on to even delete them off my itunes all together however when i sync it still seems to keep them on the phone, do i have to manually remove them from my iphone too?
