If I went to an apple store with a jailbroken phone to ask for help with a problem what would they say or do? Could they blacklist my phone or anything like that?

They would most likely say you have voided your warranty because it has been jailbroken. If you have a serious problem then just restore the iPhone to the original fw and take it in like that. Then you can just jailbreak it again later on.

Don't do it. If your taking the phone back, do a restore first so its back to normal. They will laugh you out otherwise.
